The page for your finance committee. These are the facts a careful reviewer checks before approving an engagement, stated plainly.
Anything not covered here: colin@colinrobertson.dev. I answer diligence questions directly.
Engagements are with Willpowered LLC, the company behind this practice and behind Wilson (meetwilson.ai). You work directly with me, Colin Robertson. There are no subcontractors on your engagement unless we agree to one in writing.
Professional liability (errors and omissions) and cyber liability coverage are carried. A certificate of insurance is available on request before you sign anything.
Either of us can end an engagement with 30 days' written notice. You pay only for work delivered to that point. You keep everything built so far, and your data leaves with you (see Data practices).
You own what I build for you: the code, the prompts, the integrations, and the documentation. That is a contract term, not a courtesy. If I'm ever unable to continue, another engineer can pick up the work without me. The only things I retain are my pre-existing tools and Wilson itself, which is licensed by subscription.
Two organizations I've worked with, Econic and Empactful Studios, have agreed to take reference calls from prospective clients. Ask on the call and I'll make the introduction.
I'll say here what I say on the homepage: this practice is young. Wilson shipped this year and the client list is short. What you get in exchange for being early: more of my time, tighter scope, and early pricing. What you don't get: a junior associate doing your work while a partner takes the calls.
